About the Journal

Journal of Smart and Sustainable Agroindustrial Engineering (JoSSA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Computer and Engineering, Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi. The journal is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge, engineering applications, and technological innovation in smart and sustainable agroindustrial systems.

JoSSA is published twice a year, in March and September.

JoSSA publishes original research articles, review articles, and other scholarly contributions addressing process and bioprocess engineering, agroindustrial production and operations systems, food and agricultural product engineering, smart manufacturing, automation, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, data-driven agroindustrial systems, supply chain and logistics, packaging technology, quality and safety, environmental management, circular economy, resource and energy efficiency, and other relevant areas of agroindustrial engineering.

JoSSA accepts manuscripts written in English or Indonesian. Manuscripts written in Indonesian must include the article title, abstract, and keywords in both Indonesian and English, whereas manuscripts written in English use English metadata only.

All manuscripts are evaluated through an editorial screening and peer-review process to ensure their scientific quality, originality, relevance, and contribution to the journal's scope. JoSSA is committed to ethical scholarly publishing, transparency, academic integrity, and the dissemination of research that supports competitive, innovative, and sustainable agroindustrial development.

Articles published in JoSSA are made openly accessible to readers in accordance with the journal's open-access and licensing policies.
